Our beef is 100% pasture-raised and grass-fed, sourced from collective ranches that prioritize animal welfare and regenerative agriculture. By supporting ethical farming practices, we ensure a superior tasting product while doing our part to maintain environmental sustainability.
The same goes for our produce. We rotate our menu subtly based on what is arriving fresh from our local farming partners. It takes more effort to run a kitchen this way, but the resulting flavor speaks for itself.
